Connect LightSpeed Retail to BigCommerce - Getting Started by Kosmos eSync

1. First sign up for your 14 day Free Trial directly within the BigCommerce App Store and look for the LightSpeed ‘Powered by Kosmos’ logo and follow the instructions from there and you’ll then get a welcome email to setup your account. This will connect your BigCommerce store with eSync.

2. Next, log into www.kosmosesync.com, click on Create Action and then choose the LightSpeed logo and follow the instructions to Authenticate your connection with your POS username and password.

3. Next click on the BigCommerce logo and follow the instructions in eSync to your right to connect your BigCommerce store. Login in as the store owner and Go to Advances Settings -> API Accounts.

Note: ONLY the store owner can create API accounts.

• Your original store domain name can also be found in the API - URL - See example below.
• Add Permissions to create and update products, customers and orders. See example below.
• Now copy and paste your Key into the BigCommerce configuration fields as instructed. See example below.

Always have a backup of your data before you attempt any data syncs.

4. Click on Create Actions Next and choose Send Standard Products and click configure Action. Follow the instructions on the ‘?’ question marks that will instruct you on how to configure each eSync Action.
