LightSpeed to BigCommerce Matrix Problem
My Matrix product only created one variant and it’s wrong, see example snapshots.
Size = Blue? Why is this happening? I only have a Size to show.
The reason is you have BLUE setup in Color/Size and you need to Delete that variant option. You must have originally created the product with a Color but decided to not use it.
So, Delete the unwanted variant or Blue in this case and hit Save.
Next Delete the product in BigCommerce
Update the Matrix and give new time stamps for new update.
Now RUN eSync Task to Create/SEND Matrix products
See new results and success you now have a working product!
